Actiontec MI424WR vs Fios Quantum Gateway modems I recently got Fios and one of the technicians said that the newer Quantum Gateway modem were known to have problems with steady WiFi connections and the older Actiontec were rock solid. I) has been pretty much I plugged in my Step1-19 Actiontec Rev. F router to power and my Netgear router to power. They are connected together (Netgear WAN to Actiontec LAN).
