That's not my issue. Not being able to receive incoming calls using Wi-Fi is my issue. Hangouts receives calls just fine using my PC with Chrome and the Hangouts extension. But I can't receive calls on my mobile phone with Hangoutsit just doesn't ring; instead, the Phone app rings.
