Download Windows Phone 8.1 Update and Emulators from May 29, 2015 my lumia 625 got stuck in update windows 10 - Windows I used windows insider app; it said updates are available for my phone. But the update process is now perpetually stuck at 0%. I see this message: "phone update Update status Downloading updates Here's how you can reset Windows Update on Windows 10 to Jun 23, 2018
